Project Based Learning
Widening the student’s vision of themselves and their capabilities is the main goal of Achieve Academy’s project-based learning plan. During the Marketplace project, students work collaboratively to create an innovative new product from the concept development to the manufacturing process to marketing, learning to become entrepreneurs. Students also make submissions in each grade category in the 4-H regional competitions yearly with great success.

Academic Excellence
Our program of core academics and electives, such as entrepreneurial training and leadership, build confidence in students that prior to Achieve Academy were timid, confused, and lost in school. Our skilled teachers see each child as an individual with unique characteristics that result in differences when they are presented with new material to learn. We know that there is not one go-to approach for learning success, so we approach each lesson as an exploration.

Diverse Extracurricular Activities
Students at Achieve Academy participate in an evolving list of extracurricular activities including music lessons, Spanish classes with a native speaker, tennis lessons, sewing and design classes, volleyball teams, and art appreciation classes. Exposure to diverse activities ensures that each student finds their passion, and builds on their God-given talents.

CPR and First Aid Training
The safety of our students, their families, classmates, teammates, and friends are of the utmost importance to Achieve Academy. We are a key component of each student’s “village” which means that education is not limited to the traditional academic subjects. Ensuring that each student is prepared for emergency situations is the goal of our CPR and first aid training. Each student is certified by the American Heart Association yearly.

Nurturing Teachers
Achieve Academy’s experienced teachers have a passion for education, a love of learning, and dedication to our students. We see each student as unique, with their own best methods of learning and their own pace of knowledge acquisition. Our teachers create life-long relationships with students that they nurture and care for each day. We are excited to offer an average class size of 1 teacher to 10 students.
